A one-time $40 membership fee is assessed of all new members. This fee gives you lifetime membership to DragonSports USA. To join, please print and fill out the Application & Waiver forms and mail with your $40 check to:

For Team Captains
Effective January 1, 2013, please use the new provisional membership waiver form to track new members until they join DragonSports using the new membership application and waiver form. Please scan and submit completed waiver forms to the DSUSA Scheduler with your schedules quarterly. Please do not leave waivers in the lockers.
